We spend more time on prep than most crews spend on the whole job. Scraping, sanding, caulking, priming: the work nobody sees is what makes the finish last.
You get a detailed written estimate, line-itemized by surface and scope, before we start. No vague bids, no change orders for scope we could have seen on the estimate.
We specify paints and stains rated for the Pacific Northwest climate and schedule around Portland's wet shoulder seasons so your project cures properly and holds its finish.
We come to you, walk the whole exterior, and talk through what you're trying to accomplish. No pressure, no sales pitch. Just a clear-eyed look at the scope.

I grew up working with my hands, the kind of work where precision matters and shortcuts show up eventually. I bring that same mentality to painting: the prep has to be right before anything else happens.
Portland's older homes are what drew me to this trade. Craftsmans, Foursquares, mid-century bungalows. They deserve work that respects the architecture and holds up to the climate. I take those jobs seriously.
